I had a fantastic stay! The breakfast was so impressive, with mini omelettes and many choices. The front desk staff were wonderful and really went above and beyond to help me out. However, I was disappointed that the pool was closed during my visit, which I had really looked forward to. Overall, I'd definitely choose to stay here again!

We enjoyed our two-night stay! The kids loved the pancake-making station at breakfast, a fun touch. Staff quickly addressed our towel shortage. For families, the clean dining area was a perfect spot to start the day. Don't forget to try the variety of breakfast options!

Loved the convenience of the location! The breakfast had delicious cinnamon rolls 🍩, but the shower water pressure was really weak. Overall, it was a nice stay.

I had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Dallas Plano North By Ihg. The location was perfect for exploring the area, and the room was cozy with a mini fridge and microwave, which made my stay even better. Breakfast options were great, especially the pancakes!

I really enjoyed my six-night stay in a Standard King Room, especially the amazing breakfast and the comfy bed that helped me recharge for my adventures. The cozy lounge and outdoor seating by the pool were great spots to relax after exploring the city. While I wished for a higher floor due to noise from above, it didn’t ruin my overall experience. I’d recommend it to others! 😊

My kids wished the pool was open. It was closed during our entire stay. For families, it would be great if they could offer more frequent housekeeping services.
